Prize Money for each Event is supposed to be handed over to the Winning Team or Winning Individual at the Felicitatory Function of the Event to be held on 23rd February, 2008 from 5 P.M onwards.

Guide Lines for reaching to Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune:

666, Upper Indira Nagar, Bibewadi, Pune – 37,Maharashtra,India.

For reaching the Institute there are total 4 number of ways:

a) From any where in Pune to reach the Institute by P.M.T (Pune Municipal Transport) or Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Transport (P.C.M.T), you need to catch the Bus going to Upper Indira Nagar or Sukhsagar and ask the conductor for VIT College Stop.

b) If you are unable to catch Upper Indira Nagar or Sukhsagar Bus, just go for the Bus going to Swargate and from there you can get number of Buses for Upper Indira Nagar or Sukhsagar or you can also avail the facility of Share Rickshaw (6 Seater) going to these stops.

c) If you are unable to catch Bus going for above mentioned three stops, then you can avail for the Bus going to Katraj or Dhankawadi, but make it sure after boarding these Buses you will UNBOARD at the stop of SWARGATE and from there again follow step (b).

d) If you will be using private Auto Rickshaw for transport, then make it sure the Driver will have a copy of Tariff Card with him.

For your information:
From Morning 7 A.M to 10 P.M Rates are:
For 1st Kilometer: Rs.8 and for each consecutive KM its: Rs.6
(So, just multiply the Kilometer Reading by 6 and adding the total with 2 will give you the exact Fare).
From 10 P.M to 7 A.M Rates are same plus 25% of the Total Fare will be charged extra.

These suggestions are in interest of all the Participants coming to participate in the event, only to avoid any Hassle between the Organizers and them and to provide our Guests the Best of Facility and a Well Managed Event from our side.
