Accommodation Facility will be provided by us from 19th February, 2008 (12 P.M) to 23rd February, 2008 (12 P.M) for the 4 days

Student is supposed to send a D.D of Rs. 500 for whatever might be the number of days he/she might be availing the facility of Accommodation from our side

While sending a D.D should be drawn on the name of ‘VITALITY’ and should be posted at:

Per Room approximate 4 to 5 students will be accommodated.

Procedure for Availing the Facility:

Register Online in the Accommodation facility on the Website.

There you will be provided with a Unique Code which you can ONLY USE FOR THE ACCOMMODATION PURPOSE AND NOTHING ELSE.

While sending the D.D make it sure that you will WRITE BEHIND IT THE UNIQUE CODE OF ACCOMMODATION so that we can retrieve your details from online facility of ours.

Your D.D for the request of availing the Accommodation should reach us by 10 th February, 2008 on the above stated address*.

You will be guided from our college only by the volunteers to the ACCOMMODATION FACILTIY.

VIT College Management or VITALITY 08 Team Management does not take any responsibility in kind of your Luggage placed at your Room in Lodge.

PLEASE NOTE DOWN FOR B-QUEST AND PAPYRUS PARTICIPANTS:

For the participants who are taking part into above 2 stated events are requested to PLEASE CLEARLY MENTION down in the Papers or Business Plans sent by them that: IF THEIR PAPER OR BUSINESS PLAN IS SELECTED FOR ELIMINATION ROUND THEN DO THEY NEED ACCOMMODATION FACILTIY PROVIDED BY THE HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE OF ‘VITALITY 08'.

This is only done so that the participant sending the Paper or Business Plan for the event can also come on the day of the event and pay the REQUIRED AMOUNT OF ACCOMMODATION FEES ON THE SPOT AT ‘HOSPITALITY DESK'.
